Carlos De La Rosa
Carlos founded Rosegold Construction with a clear vision: build homes he’d be proud to put his name on, for clients he’d be proud to call neighbors.
A Civil Engineering graduate from Western Michigan University, Carlos brings both the technical foundation and the hands-on experience to manage every project with precision and accountability. He’s been coaching Fennville Youth Soccer for over two years — because investing in the community he builds in matters to him as much as the work itself.

Juan Carlos
With nearly a decade of construction experience, Juan Carlos is the operational backbone of every Rosegold project. He’s the person clients turn to when they have questions mid-build, when a decision needs to be made quickly, or when they just want a straight answer on where things stand.
A devoted husband and father of two, Juan Carlos brings the same reliability to his work that he brings to everything else in his life. He shows up, he follows through, and he doesn’t let things slip.
Jacquline Rivera
From client follow-ups and subcontractor coordination to documentation and systems management, she’s the organizational backbone that keeps every Rosegold project running smoothly behind the scenes. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to everything she touches — and is always looking for ways to make communication and processes better for clients and the team alike.
Outside of work you’ll find Jackie out on a run — which probably explains how she handles the pace of a busy construction operation without missing a beat.
